I felt awful shouting at a lady... I wasn't suppose to do that... I shouldn't have yelled at you... I truly feel sorry for that... I wish that I can apologize for my bad temper in front of you... I'm a coward... I have no guts to call you back... I hope you will forgive my dumb behaviour... I promise I will never do that again... never ever...
