自己没做好榜样,还有资格说人吗?

大家一起工作的,都预了间中会有摩擦, 不满意的时候. 但是就是受不了说话有刺,单单打打的人. 身为领导的, 做事不是要有责任感, 就算自己有不明白的地方也要协作团员了解状况, 一起寻找解决方案吗? 还要当其他团员提供解决的建议后, 后加一句 "你终于像个人" ..... =_="

可能我个人不大有幽默感吧, 但终觉得有刺的感觉, 试问下次人家还想要提出建议吗?

你们觉得呢? 是不是我没幽默感,太敏感了?

单打固然不对,但是我猜每间公司又有这类型的小人吧(无论是高层或者低层)。。。。我公司就有这样一个典型的人,还是同一个部门呢~~~我的方法是尽量不去理睬那个人,当他叫你时,可以的话就++听不到~~~~如他踩你时,就回敬他(不用给脸的)......让他知道我也不是好欺负的~~~~呵呵!!!(老胡)

OH .. someone complaint me here. hahaha..... you are too sensitive lio la .. hahhaha. I treat all my teammate as friends.. & all the while i also treat u as friend .. dont u think so? when i use my power to said or complaint you or any other team member? infact i have no power here also. About "自己没做好榜样,还有资格说人吗?" i think u better change this ... cos we all have no right to comments anyone about this .. bcos we all have no 好榜样 here wahahaha. very sad to see this as i my self dont' like this pos & stuck in the middle of my team & management....do what ever mean to defend this team from management..but this what i get from my teammate aka friend on just a funny way to said her finally you like human .... not angry just disappointed. the rest i think better we talk offline la hahahaha... again all above are just comments witn no angry or fight hehehehe.

as leader have to prepare to be the "middle man" liao... maybe management took it hard on you, but have to differentiate whether it should be taken on team mates as well lol
